Margarita salt. You can get it in the liquor aisle at the grocery store, next to the non-alcoholic stuff like grenadine, Rose’s lime juice, and the coconut stuff for pina coladas. It isn’t as dense as coarse sea salt. It’s kind of aerated (more whitish in color), so that it’s light (sticks to the rim well) and melts quickly in your mouth.
