This is my second dui in 5 years in Palm Beach County, Florida, What I face

What happens when the driver takes a second charge of DUI in Palm Beach County, Florida, within five years of the first sentence? Well, I suggest you immediately call a Florida DUI lawyer competent, and that this is not nice.

The driver who picks up a second charge of DUI within five years of the first faces enhanced penalties including a fine of $ 1,000, 5 revocation of driver's license years, 75-100 hours of community service, victim impact panel, DUI school progress, 30 days vehicle immbolization and a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 days in jail. However, note that by law the maximum term of imprisonment of a second is 9 months.

The driver still have the right to an administrative hearing and the hearing request must still be filed within 10 days of detention. Does the Office of Administration Review of knowing that you have a previous conviction for DUI? Yes, I will! If the driver does not succeed in the administrative hearing, the authorization will be suspended for 12-18 months. A driver will not be issued a work permit after the administrative suspension has been confirmed. Note, this does not contradict what was said in the second paragraph because if he is found guilty in court of the second driver is DUI then 5 years of license revocation. After 1 year that passes a driver can apply for a business permit.

So what can be done to defend a second. Hopefully, he helped himself by refusing to give a sample encouragement. With luck, you look good in the video. Fortunately, you told the police only had two beers. Of course, all the normal motions can applied for and granted with optimism. You can go to trial and the jury can be told before his DUI

I bet you're wondering if the lawyer's fees are more in a second than the first? Yes, son!

Once again, I leave you with this suggestion, simply do not drink and drive.
