Fat Beer Bellies
I have a massive beer belly, (not all fat) how can I reduce it?
I Have Had a large stomach Since I Was a Kid, Even a 10 year Period THROUGHOUT When I was a super fit athlete. Now its Enormous, like I'm pregnant. It does seem to be fat as Such, ITS bloated. Thats not to say There isn't fat around my waist, its just Mainly stomach. I Always Used to think it was poor posture, prior to Actually drinking beer! Any advice on What to do?
Wear a girdle.
