Eye Shots Alcohol

There's a guy who smells of alcohol and his eyes are blood shot.Is still drunk?
I am a professor of Chinese language. There is an American Chinese guy in my class and likes to drink. I think that drinking more than they should, and twice he shows up in class with bloodshot eyes and an odor of alcohol on him. Acts more class rather silly, too, like bumping into me or throwing things at his teammates and me. He also insults. What about this guy who just got out of school? Is he an alcoholic or is simply not enough sober when shown in class? Your opinions are greatly appreciated.
I would go easy on him, unless so it is really difficult for you to teach others in the class. I had a problem with substance abuse when I was doing evening classes a year or so back. The class I took was psychology, and I went completely out of it a few times. Once dark even in class, the collapse on the desktop. My teacher was very calm about it, I spoke, I made sure I got home safe … but I never booted from the course or kicked me out of a class. To me, that was really important – I knew I had a problem, but remain in college gave me hope that my life had not completely deteriorated into chaos and I was still * make * something, and I think that kept me from going completely off the deep end. If I were you, I would talk to the boy. Keep your back after class and say that you have noticed some anomalies in behavior that others may be starting to notice that you are concerned for their welfare. Say you do not think (not want) to kick off the field, but you want to make sure you are well. Point him in the direction of your doctor and support groups. If it really is causing a nuisance or acting aggressively towards his classmates, you have no choice but to ask him to leave the class, and you should not feel guilty about it. You have the right to teach and students have a right to feel safe in their learning environment. I wish the best of luck with this problem.
