Drink Beer Everyday

I do drink beer regularly but I also exercise everyday and I still can’t keep the little extra weight off. Why
I am 5’4 and 131 lbs. I do sit ups, lift weights, do leg exercises everyday. I drink a couple beers when I get home from work to relax. I don’t over eat either. My job also requires that I am constantly moving and on my feet for 4-8 hours a day.
Why can’t I keep off the wieght? Please give me answers and not sarcastic ones either. Do I maybe have a thyroid problem?
switch to a lite beer like Michelope Ultra – or for something more tastey, how about a guiness. Also…I astually lost weight drinking beer, but I gave up a meal to make up for those extra calories
