College Beer Cans

Can anyone reccomend a Diet Plan for a 19year old guy that wants to loose his college beer gut?
I am a typical college guy who likes beer and fast food, I am looking to get in shape, I work out 4-5 times a week, but I am lacking in a proper diet. Can anyone reccomend a good site where I can set up a nutrional plan of some sort?
do a lot of cardio and lift weights. Lay off the fast food, only eat it about once a week. Eat a balanced diet with alot of protein, calcuim, fruits and vegatables
