How do u know if ur bartender school is teaching the correct prescription, in the books of cocktail recipes each one different?
The recipes are different in each book of cocktail recipes also, so what gives schools bartening recipe correct? If the school puts with a job as a barman, more than likely to use the recipes taught by the school. The school teaches you the "proper" way for the "right" places. If you are tending to a dance club, then it probably was not put there by the school. I'd say go with what you know and only change for customers specific. 9 out of 10 times the client will tell you exactly what you want if you know how to do it or not. Good luck.
