HELLP! Someone answer this question. I've probably posted this question a million times, but we will send it to the end And the last time! What drinks are popular and traditional in Quebec? Have some sympathy in me! Please have some pity! Popular or traditional drinks Quebec please. For example, cocktails, tea, etc. And if im annoying if you know any websites with good information about them drinks like home recipes, so THANK YOU! Montreal is known for its breweries. Molson and Labatt they both have offices here and most of the clubs and sporting events have their beers on tap and in bottles or cans. We are also known for our apple cider, because we have a lot of apple orchards throughout southern Quebec. Something else that has become popular throughout Quebec is that ice wines. These are wines made from grapes that were left on the vine until the point where they were affected by frost and frozen. I bought some liquor store in the local government (called PAE) that had real maple syrup added to it (eeww! Too sweet!) In general, Quebecers drink the same non-alcoholic drinks like the rest of Canada and the U.S.. fruit punch, lemonade, soft drinks like Coca-Cola, Sprite, 7-Up, Pepsi, root beer, and ginger ale. One thing I've seen here that is hard to find anywhere else called "spruce beer." My mother likes to take things on a hot day summer. You take the tips of a spruce tree, mix it with sugar and carbonated water. When you smell it, you think you are sniffing a Christmas tree! for hot beverages Quebecers like coffee, as pointed out by Starbucks, Second Cup, Tim Hortons, Dunkin Donuts, and others who all appeared. Also drink tea, as orange pekoe, Earl Grey and green tea. But this seems to be less prevalant than other parts of Canada. Hope this helps.
