What do you use exotic spices with beef?
I'm trying to rebuild a recipe for meatballs in Mongolia to be served, for cocktails, but not the luxury of making a sauce ….. I think it was sweet spices like clove and allspice, and maybe a little garlic and ginger, may be some prune small pieces? In any case, I'm looking for a cocktail snack ….. something a little different from that of garlic and black pepper seasoning and basil … thank you very much>>> iiii <<<
Myself, I sometimes use a sauce with onion and garlic regularly, but also add a touch of cinnamon and cardamom. That's really nice.
