Piseco fried: 1 / 2 ground pork, 1 teaspoon chopped onion, carrot 1tsp.minced, i / 2 teaspoon Chinese celery (optional), salt and pepper to taste. Mix all together and wrap dumpling wrappers sealing triangulary then deep fry it. better Served with sweet and sour sauce for dipping … enjoy!
