Chicken Beer Marinade
What am I missing in my Marinade for Chicken / Pork & Beef, Soy Sauce?
I was thinking and I want to go grocery shopping I want to add a new ingredient to my marinade. I thought maybe soy sauce may be good in it.
Usually we would put a beer in it but since Im prego & the only occasional drinker we no longer carry beer in the fridge! But anyways heres what we normally use
Either Red Wine Vinagreitte Salad Dressing or Italian
sometimes Red Wine Vinegar (with Italian)
Montreal either Chicken or steak seasoning
Tenderizer salt ( except for chicken)
Is there something that will be good in here or what am I missing?? Thanks!!!!!
can’t go wrong with a pineapple juice marinade – especially great with chicken.
Try basting with a mt dew & butter mixture – (if watching sugar – use diet)
