Cheese fondue recipe with beer?

Does anyone have a good recipe for a cheese fondue? I tried a white wine and was once a strong, wondering if a recipe with beer would be better? Any suggestions for a good beer for fondue?

Cheddar-Beer Fondue II INGREDIENTS 1 pound cheddar cheese, grated 1 tbsp. flour 1 1 / 2 tsp. dry mustard Dash pepper (or add a touch of hot sauce to the melted mixture) 3 / 4 c. 2 teaspoons of beer. ONS INSTRUCTION Worcestershire sauce In a bowl, combine the cheese, flour, mustard and pepper and mix well. In a fondue pot, combine beer and Worcestershire sauce. Adjust the temperature to 375 degrees and heat until bubbling. Gradually add cheese mixture and stir constantly until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes. Reduce temperature to 200 degrees and serve.
