Champagne Cocktails Peach
This is a diversion. What is your favorite drink?
Mine is a Bellini – made with sparkling wine and peach puree Yum! A great deal people make them with champagne pretty good too, although I prefer the sparkling wine. I love finding new drinks for later everyone has liked. PS. Dismiss the Cosmos, I had too, so sick of them. 
I like a Seabreeze but he had a bartender who is a little different. Part of cranberry, grapefruit, a little vodka, then topped with champagne. I like the fruit but I do not like too sweet drinks so the champagne is dry to balance a bit. Juices to a bit of acidity.
