Brunch Cocktails

What do you serve at your wedding reception?
It was sit down dinner style? Cocktail style? Brunch? What did you have? Only I'm trying to get ideas. Thanks! Also, did you have a wedding cake or cupcakes? Ooooo delicious all sounds good haha. I'm thinking about having the best chicken cordon bleu, roast beef, perogies and / or garlic roasted potatoes, carrots, asparagus, corn, and rolls for the main course. Also mixed salad to start. It Still debating on the cake, but we know for certain that we dishes mini cheesecake bites for everyone because to be husband and I love cheesecake. Possibly trays mixed fruit, Lil Smokies, meatballs, and cheese trays for a cocktail, as we take the pictures after the ceremony. But I just want to explore my options.
For dinner, we're taking the first roast, with all the fixings. Will be served buffet style. A family friend is the restoration of roast while we are doing everything else ourselves. Fresh salads and side dishes will be prepared one day ahead. steamed vegetables and baked potato was prepared day. It is a very relaxed wedding, so do not worry about having to do some "work" day. We're not really into the whole wedding, cake fantasy. Therefore, we will have a beautiful black forest cake for my husband and I to cut. You also get a sheet cake black forest for our customers, and serve with ice cream! Later, during the dance, we are also serving a handful of sweets. Fruit platter, veggie platter, different sausages and pepperoni, crackers and cheese, chips and salsa, etc, etc. Besides, we're having a buffet of sweets, full of all our favorite types of candy! We will also serve wine with dinner and an open bar all night limited (with a variety of high alcohol and mixes, beer and cocktails). I say "limited" bar free, because we're providing our own alcohol, so I will not drink every imaginable, lol. But there will be plenty of variety.
