Is it legal in NSW, Aus to make homemade vodka for domestic consumption? Is it legal to homebrew beer for home consumption and obviously can not sell anything but beer, but I wonder if I can make a huge amount of homemade vodka for me to last a while to avoid the new tax governments (as they are all heavy drinkers – mind that this was based on an online survey of a small number of participants, whose identities had not been verified) Therefore, it is legal? Have you ever done? PS. Yes, I know people can go blind if its too loud .. can even kill you … bla bla bla … and frankly do not give a damn about I've looked Lawlink usually has everything but no luck .. Links would be great! Does anyone know the maximum penalty for Ing home spirits for consumption at home? Is it a felony?
