How to prepare smaller portions of beer?
I'm a bit short of space, so I'm trying to find a recipe for brewing per gallon, or maybe two gallons of homemade beer. Everything I've found is something like 10 gallons. Can anyone cut an existing recipe or provide a portion smaller?
