Bitter Beer Recipe
how rookie total beer brewing here?
I know what I want hops used for brewing, due to their low alpha acids less bitter beer. But now I'm having a hard time of it a recipe. I can not seem to find a recipe to them. The hops I know for this are: 4-6.3 Ahtanum ~ floral, citrus and pine sharp cascading (us) ~ 4.5-7 Pleasant, flowery, spicy, citrus, Northwest grapefruit flavor ~ riwaka golding aromatic 4-5 (New Zealand) ~ 4.5 to 6.5 citric grapefruit Willamette 3.5-6 ~ soft, pleasant, slightly spicy, fruity, floral, little earth, what I do now? I wish there was a formula I could find online, or something. I'm a total newbie
