Beer’s Law Definition

What is Beer's law ?????????????????

Please do not just give me a hard definition, I really understand.

It relates the concentration of a substance dissolved in a solution with the amount of light absorbed by the solution. This is a direct correlation, and if For example, a solution is two times darker than the other solution of the solute, then the dark solution is double concentrated (approximately). This is useful for quick determination of the concentration of the solution, provided that the solute has a color. This is worth a lot of different experiments, such as following the extent of reaction over time.
