What will I get if you boil 1 / 2 ounces of crystal malt, 1 / 2 oz Black Patent Malt 1 / 2 ounces of chocolate malt, seven pounds of amber malt extract, for 1 hour, 2 cups of brown sugar and 1 oz of Willamette hops for 45 minutes, 1 oz Centennial hops for 15 minutes, finishing with 1 / 4 oz Centennial for 2 minutes? I have White English Ale yeast laboratories. I am looking for a creamy malt, and yet the beer hops. I'm thinking this could be the way forward. I like New Belgium 2 below, but I doubt if I can match the bread toasted flavor in beer. Perhaps something which is a beer more body, I do not know. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

You will not make any beer in particular. And, what you have, does not sound too good. First, do not boil the grain astringency you this way. Second, use the Centenary of bitterness and Willamette hops finish. In Third, add another eight to twelve ounces of crystal malt to give the plot some sweetness.
