Beer Vs Liquor

beer liquor profit margin vs. markup?
Assuming that sales volumes are equal, what is the relationship between sales of beer to liquor sales at City Bar / lounge (The higher price points). I suppose if you bought a volume equal to that net profit margins would be about 2:1 to beer sales. Anyone with experience that could help would appreciate.
Jeff is on the right track, but here are some kinks to think … depending on where you are in the world that pays * af tax ckload bottle of liquor, because you is a bar, not like you can just cut and back to the liquor store as John Q Public on the other handle of whiskey for $ 9. You pay taxes on beer as well, but much less. You make a lot of benefits in the liquor, but not going to sell more. You make less profit on beer, but you sell boat loads of it every day. It is further understood the waiter is doing his fortune in the tips. This means that when the administrator does not look that is giving the stuff away. 3 or 4 projects free client on the cross of the night is much easier to absorb than the 2 cocktails that are outside the chip. However, in practice there is not much difference. If liquor could be sold would increase benefits, but customers would have to be rich, and it will not happen. Good luck.
