Beer Town Council

Who should pay to clean up downtown? you and me, or take-away fast food?

The local council has continued during many years all clubs approved the new city center and pubs in just a single street, saying it makes it easier to police the city center. Now all the shops have been on that street, which now contains only bars and kebab shops. If the morning walk there on Friday, Saturday or Sunday after close all pubs and villain of the house have graduated, the place is disgusting. Food scattered around the street, along with the packaging they came in, and a host of rats, seagulls and many other animals eat only once for an easy meal. Should companies not be required to pay to clean it, because they know for sure the things that were sold will end on the floor – do not think a drunk customer mind paying an extra pound kebab as it does not seem to mind paying £ 3 for a beer.

The pubs, restaurants and bettors should pay for it.
