Loan neighbors? What is the funniest or strangest ever borrowed your neighbor?
I had to ask "borrowed" a beer, a VCR, my car, my lawn mower and last night was the topper. They requested an extension cord to connect to "borrow" my power because its left off. Someone please a beginning! (This isn't the same neighbor, several neighbors lived in several houses)
