What is worse for your teeth – beer or wine?
I have periodontal disease and need to minimize the risk of bone loss and decay. Worse drinking beer or drinking wine?
The wine is much harder on the teeth. Wine has acids and sugars that are converted into acids that enamel causing cavities and poor dental health, more or less depending on use and dental staff.
