Beer Sales in a restaurant (response for jpiepenb…)?
I would be working for a licensed distributor, targeting and promoting the beer to the Asian restaurants.
I would be their only rep working a area population of 3 to 4 million people and 300 to 500 asian restaurants. There is as many as 2000 – 3000 restaurants, but I figure only 25% would be interested in Asian beer.
The company is looking to bring an Asian beer (very popular in Asia) into US market and tring to grow their beer sales.
What is the typical comminsion for beer sales rep? Would you think .50 to .75 cents per case is fare?

accually i am a vp of brinker inc. which controlls chills, mac grill and a few others. 2 to 3 dollars would be a fair price to start the neg. you will ussally settle on 1 to 2 dollars a case and i am sure that about 1000 rest and small pubs would be most def interested
