Good advice from others, but a little more to add. Try to eat a quality protein source within 45 minutes of awakening, such as egg whites. Helps set the pace of your metabolism for the day. Also, try to take a good multi-vitamin. A restrictive diet can often lead to shortcomings in some areas of your diet. Having a good balance of nutrients is essential to help the body perform. Finally, I would suggest lifting weights. I'm not saying you have to try to throw around huge amounts of weight to grow. You can do more repetitions with less weight, and try to focus on groups larger muscle. Exercises like squats when done correctly are very good. Increase lean muscle mass is the fastest way to lose fat. Fat is a weight less than muscle, so do not get too caught up with the numbers on a scale. The body composition of fat is better As for its use.
