The Problem

Do not get me wrong, we have to attend our meetings and stay thats very important social balance and happiness in life and not fun to say no to all of our social events. No health and fitness oriented people do not understand how "One day make a difference, but I know you do.
Not only being a food snob inspire ridicule, but it certainly will not help to make new friends and it's no fun. If this is your way of thinking is not always true. You can still stay healthy and in shape and be even happier in the life if desired.
The solution
Instead of snubbing the burgers and the trimmings, why not bring some of their own? You don'y have to announce their superior health food either (nobody likes that person). So bring things without notice and enjoy!
Bring stuffed burgers with seasoned vegetables and mushrooms will turn heads and taste buds dance. Skip the cheese and use half bun. These strategies will save you a little prepared hundreds of calories.
Chips and salsa are always tempting, but are full of stretchers relentless hip "!" Try to skip the dip and load up in the tray of vegetables.
