Beer Steeping Grains

brewing all-grain beer?

so I prepared a couple of beers with soaked grains with great results, now I want to spend all-grain beers, but the thing is, i dont feel like right now handing out money for more equipment and everything I read about beer does sound like full bloom if you can actually cast with the equipment I have … I have a very large pot of brew pot 30 quarts gallon, does anyone advise against brewing full-grain, so where do I stir constantly and temperature (light the fire when needed and off when not)? this is how I done steeping the grains, that this work or not?, thanks

You can do it that way, and run the grain through a sieve. You'll probably end up with a really cloudy beer that way, and Trub a lot of boiling. I use a pot of beer for my 5 gal qt 30 lots all the time and it works wonderfully. I just disagree with the fact Alesmith to Cuba to make a puree, it is easy to spend less than $ 50, and even less with a little ingenuity. To go all grain, unless you are booking precrushed grain, the worst part for me is to get a grain mill for the good bearing. So I just borrow a mill one of the other guys in the beer club and work wonderful. When I started, I had my pot 7gal, so only use a 4 gallon and 3 gallon pot and boiled the second half and never had problems with that. Where there is a will there is a way. Good luck!
