Beer Spirits
I want to run a beer / spirits home service using my mobile phone and a website. Do I need a license?
The council UK operating license section, sais operates in a gray area and want to relate the rate in the shop owned by his isn't. can not refer to page web and say that I pay for a licensed attorney. have no idea how to relate to a license to me. say that if I was strictly working in the trade and deliveries in home then I would not need a license. the board does not know how to deal with this. I need to know if I need a license, and so if how it will relate the rate. HELP
You need an "off" of the license. For consumption off the premises. Hope this helps.
