Have you used any type of hops in the food?
I made a search and found this interesting recipe in Food Network website, Salmon with Hops Bearnaise over Puree cauliflower. So I was wondering how common is their [hops] use in recipes is to lovers beer and cuisine in general. LOL Mac N Cheese, wild man. What preparation are not added? Pellets or cones? Thank you.
