Learn Guitar … from zero to hero
If you're starting, or if you have been doing this for a while and you're watching your favorite guitarist and thought yourself "How in heaven's name is what you do that?" then you're reading the right article. For example, it takes tens of muscles independent walking and use our hands, and yet we do all these things with great ease because our subconscious mind takes care of everything while our conscious mind only gives the orders … as "walking." When you catch a baseball, tennis, playing a video game or any other activity that involves procedures complicated is the subconscious mind that actually does the work while the conscious mind only gives the most important commands. You may think so: his conscious mind is like the captain of a ship that gives the orders, while your subconscious mind is like a ship and its crew that orders are executed perfectly. Therefore, Now that we understand this, we must find a way to get your subconscious to make the most of the work "heavy", while consciously thinking about great details.
The big problem here is that the subconscious is not directly accessible. As it turns out the only access is through our minds conscious repetition.
