How to lose the fat on the sides of your abdomen?

Iam a man …. well but I like how fat a woman does gain weight … along the sides of the abdomen, it looks very ugly … if I had a beer belly after reduction of fat is then toned … but even if I cut .. i may seem thin but still looks ugly because of the fat on the sides … I pledge to do run … I do not want to the gym because Iam .. and show no interest in the development of biceps and the chests …. I just want to eliminate this side and look decent abdominal flaccidity

I'm sorry to have to say that there is no way to do what you want. Oh, I'm relatively sure someone will advise you preach some specific exercises or dietary supplements and can help, but only to the extent that cause loss weight. Contrary to popular belief, and with the exception of liposuction, there is no way to lose weight in a specific body part. The only way to lose describe the fat is to lose weight. The best way to do that aside from the obvious way to control your calorie intake, is aerobic exercise. You should get your heart rate up to ~ 60 to 90% of your maximum heart rate and keep it there for at least 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, most of the calories you burn come from fat and stored glycogen. Of course, it should be obvious that and keep your heart rate elevated, the more fat you lose, but should not lead yourself to the point of exhaustion. Since you do not want to increase your upper body strength, and since the muscles that will be used are those whose primary function is the resistance, (legs) should be able to achieve its goal. One last word, fat cells are in a person body in places determined by genetics, and lose fat from an area where fat is normally stored, may take some time, is likely to reduce the area to show the results after having first lost the fat from the rest of your body. Sorry !….. Oh, and how do you determine your maximum heart rate? Well there is a more accurate but a general rule is to subtract your age from 220. This is a rough estimate! Therefore, if, for example at age 20, your maximum heart rate would be 200, and your exercise heart rate range should be ~ 120 to180 beats per minute. Good luck!
