Delirium Tremens beer homebrew clone recipe?
Does anyone have a good Delirium Tremens clone recipe? I found two: One calls Pilsen DME, and wheat DME, seeds of paradise, ginger and cilantro. The second calls for the Golden Light DME, and seeds of paradise. What would you add a clone DT?
It is a long time I've had DT detection but do not remember much of the seasoning that is mentioned, at least not more than I would attribute a good dose of yeast. The Wheat also seems out of place, I can see the flavor but did not really know / hope that was part of the cereal bill so perhaps you can add. Would for something like this (the top of my head) … ~ 8 lbs 2 lbs Pilsener DME ~ Belgian Candy sugar, colored Cara ~ 1 pound sharp decline 20 GRAIN Face 20 of 15 minutes, then boil the rest of the ingredients as usual. 1 oz Saaz at 45 minutes 1/2oz Saaz least 20 minutes in the knockout 1/2oz Saaz Wyeast 3522 or 1388.
