why people unpasteurized beer in the U.S. and doesit really need to be kept refrigerated?
I mean seroiusly its beer, its not milk. In Europe, the beer is stored in the platform, not a cooer.
The unpasteurized because unfortunately the FDA requires. Not seem to realize that it hurts flavor. As for the cooling can be … be stored on the platform, that's fine, but once it has been cold, it should be cold because if you can not convert 'Skunk'. And yes, American beer is much better served ice cold.
