Beer Patches

Would this be considered destruction of property?

In the lease, the tenants asked not to park on the grass, and not have old broken down vehicles in the yard. The grass is dead in the area that had a junk car parked in the yard, not to mention a huge patch garden full of old tires and trash (beer cans, mostly). The grass is so high in the area, I cannot even cut. The grass is dead in the area where parked the car on the grass beside the road. So this is considered destruction of property?

It certainly is. Have violated the terms of the lease. You may sue for damages, plus the cost of cleaning if you can not get then to do it themselves.
