Beer Party

beer party
How many of each type of beer should I have when throwing a party?

I used a drink calculator. It says I need 200 beers for a party. I want to serve Bud light, Heineken, and Corona.

How many of each should I have. Do people prefer one over the other?

i’m sure other people have said this, but dude…here’s what you need to do because that is a ridiculous amount of beer, and you’re going to be wasting your money. first off, if you’re not making people pay for drinks, then you don’t get stuff like heineken, corona, and bud…ok, not expensive beers, especially bud, but it’ll add up faster than others…miller high life, coors, or any number of other things would be so much cheaper. also, get a keg…don’t buy cases of cans or bottles because you will be spending a lot of money. after your average loss of beer from head, and cleaning out the lines, etc. you still have about 1840 oz in a half barrel (a keg) if i remember correctly…i’ll let you do the calculations yourself, but that basically means you’ve just gotten yourself a shitload of beer for like $60, and then you could with a nicer beer. 2 kegs and you’ve paid maybe $100-120 for beer for your party, you get two types, and you prolly have some left over. anyway hope that helps, and hope you don’t go out and waste a ton of money…..
