Just a few drinks needed to run afoul of B.C.’s new driving laws
VANCOUVER — After two hours and three bottles of beer, Leslie Wilkin was legally too drunk to drive. At a recent safe-drinking session (no cars in sight) hosted by The Vancouver Sun, Wilkin, 23, and her boyfriend Todd Coyne, 25, were plied with drink and took turns blowing into a hand-held BACtrack S80 pro breathalyser.
