Height Weight Chart – How to Lose Weight
If our excess weight is not excessive, it is very likely due to some bad habits, either food or little physical activity. If so, it is very easy to correct these attitudes with a bit of will.
To lose weight is not always necessary to resort to extreme dieting, let alone not under the supervision of a dietician, nor do we have to leave us the neck in the gym, since an excess of either exercise will be beneficial to our health.
