Chinese Dish
Pork Chops, 5 pieces
Gourmet powder ¼ teaspoon
½ teaspoon sugar
Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
soy sauce 1 tablespoon Dark
1 teaspoon cooking wine
1 small onion, finely chopped
Garlic, minced 1 tablespoon
drops of sesame oil
Tapioca starch solution 1 teaspoon in ¼ cup water
Use high heat to heat the wok. Add 2 tablespoons oil until smoke begins to rise.
Put the garlic and fry onion for a minute.
Add pork chops and brown both sides of wok.
Put gourmet powder, sugar, soy sauce, wine, oil sesame and ½ cup water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. When done, add the starch solution, bring to a boil and serve hot.
POLISH PYROGY
Everybody loves this dish. You could eat one every day.
Mass
5 cups flour
2 cups warm water
1 tablespoon salt
4 tablespoons oil
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vinegar
Mix flour and salt.
Mix eggs, oil and water to make 2 cups.
Do well to add the flour mixture with water.
Mix well then knead. (As you knead, the better)
Roll the dough flat, thin, 2-3 inch dice
Put filling (below) on each edge of the weld, and to pinch-purpose flour
closes.
FILLING
Mashed potatoes.
Cottage cheese course.
Salt and pepper.
Mix until of course.
Drop into boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Do not place
many in the boiling water at a time that there should be adequate
room to float upward.
After place to cook in a pot and add butter different, or
place a skillet, add butter, and (onions) if you
preferred. Fry for a few minutes until it begins to turn
a light brown. then can be served with or without sour cream.
UKRAINE
Golubtzi (cabbage rolls)
1 large head cabbage
½ pound hamburger
1 cup cooked rice
1 onion
2 tablespoons fat
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
October 1 ½ ounces of tomato soup
½ cup sour cream
Remove cabbage leaves. Cook in salted water for 5
Minutes, or until leaves are flexible. Drain and let cool.
Add ground beef, cooked rice, and seasonings. Spoon
of the mixture on each sheet. Roll and place each on a baking sheet,
pour undiluted tomato soup over them. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
or until tender.
Makes 6 servings. Optional: Add sour cream 5 minutes before serving.

VEGAN
Cabbage rolls, peas, tomato
1 cup split peas
1 cup sauce slightly thin tomato
1 medium tomato, peeled and finely chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
½ chipolatas teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 large cabbage leaves
1 ½ cups water
Combine peas, tomato sauce, tomato, onion, garlic, pepper and oil in pressure cooker. Bring to pressure, reduce heat to medium low and cook 7 minutes. Lightly steamed cabbage leaves, drain. Place the split peas mixed in more of a test plate. When the mixture of peas and cabbage leaves have cooled slightly, place 1 tablespoon split pea mixture in the center of each leaf. Roll and place in dish. Repeat with remaining mixture of peas and leaves.

Potato Frittata
Cook 2 -3 quartered and sliced potatoes in a large skillet with oil over medium heat, stirring until tender but not brown. Add chopped onion and garlic to taste: Cook for 2-3 minutes. Combine in a bowl of potatoes 4 eggs lightly beaten. Pour the egg potato in a little oil and cook 3 minutes. Turn and cook for 1 minute. Serve immediately or chill. Ideal picnic with cold meats, salad and pickled peppers. Makes 2 servings.
Corn on the cob
Boil or microwave corn on the cob and spread with butter and herbs: a mixture of ¼ cup (50 ml) unsalted butter, softened with a clove of minced garlic and 1 teaspoon (5 ml) chopped fresh oregano, parsley, tarragon or basil. Add a splash of lemon juice if desired.
FOOD INFORMATION

People should not eat more than 20g of saturated fat in one day – just over 10 grams in one meal is considered high. The daily threshold for total fat is 70g, and foods that contain more than 35 g are considered fat.

Stir together in a 12-ounce glass chimney. Fill glass with crushed ice. fill the glass with water. Stir. Garnish with an orange slice, lemon slice and a cherry. Serve with a straw.
Ponce
2 oz pineapple juice
½ ounce of nectar passion fruit
Syrup ½ oz horchata
6 oz club soda
Pour over crushed ice in a glass of 10 oz. Revolver.
