Beer Meatballs Recipe
How important is it to put in. ..?
I'm making meatballs barbecue, and the recipe calls for 1 / 2 c. beer. I am under age, so I can not go out and buy some beer, and it seems a lot of work to have someone to buy my beer just so you can boil a little meatball sauce. What important is the beer, I like to happen? Or that completely ruin the meatballs?
You can skip the beer. All it does is add a little flavor to the meatballs. They'll be fine if done without the beer.
