In SC what is the minimum age for the seller of alcohol?
Is there a state regulation. Or the law establishing the code as the minimum age is to sell beer or other alcoholic beverages in the grocery store? I lived in Ohio and was not allowed to sell alcohol until I was 21 years. Can 17 I sell beer? Any link to the website and / or response would be greatly appreciated! Any website that states this? I can not seem to find any. They are trying to fine my friend $ 1,000 and felony charges and is only 17. I think we should really ask a lawyer, but wanted to check with my intelligent friends here first! Thanks everyone!
all U.S. states There is a law that prohibits anyone under 21 from purchasing, sale or possession of alcohol. The federal government has no constitutional authority to pass a law, so the blackmail of the states to do it for them.
