"I can use a water cooler (with a carafe) to dispense the beer?

I have my homemade beer in barrels, but are often too expensive Kegerators. Is there a problem with the use of water bottles in coolers to dispense beer? The only problem I can think of is that the explosion cylinders (but can happen with small bottles as well.) Anyone who had an experience with that? Thanks! Note: I would be primed with dextrose instead of CO2 because of my course. There is no means of fostering of severity. Yes, Im thinking of leaving the beer there until I finish it. As you would with a barrel.

I'm not sure I understand the question. Do you have some method to propel the beer bottle? Apart from the mention of a cylinder, what you're talking sounds like a Coilbox somehow. These are the refrigerators used to dispense beer at festivals and special events. They are much cheaper than kegerators, and you can choose to build one yourself, if you are handy enough (which is most likely because you're a homebrewer). My advice is to check out American drinks Team. They have a great online catalog where you can buy the box itself, or buy materials to make your own. Slainte '(EDIT) I suppose you could give it a shot, but I do not recommend it. Note that when water flows through these refrigerators, is sterile and self-cleaning (there is nothing in bottled water, except bottled water). If the beer is poured through this thing, you will develop severe protein accumulation inside the dispenser … I'm not sure how easy it would to clean and disinfect something like this. Not to mention the possibility of backing foam in the short line … seems like a risk to me. You can Coilbox obtain a high quality, as I mentioned earlier, for a few hundred dollars. Consider the Coilbox is 100% portable – beach, parties, etc. All which must be kept cold is Coilbox few gallons of cold water and some ice – that lasts for several days due to the large amount of steel coils inside the unit remains cold – this cold backup in the barrel too, so that your barrel does not really have to be refrigerated. Moreover, with the cold water method, if do the job, you have to take each one filled with a pitcher in 24 hours or the flat top, like oxygen in a barrel with a pump pumping party. I hope this information has been useful … "By the way … Slainte Another method you may want to consider is making your own kegerator … People always get rid of freezers and old refrigerators for next to nothing … sometimes free! You can buy the equipment to turn it into a kegerator …
