Beer Kegerators
"I can use a water cooler (with a carafe) to dispense the beer?
I have my homemade beer in barrels, but are often too expensive Kegerators. Is there a problem with the use of water bottles in coolers to dispense beer? The only problem I can think of is that the explosion cylinders (but can happen with small bottles as well.) Anyone who had an experience with that? Thanks! Note: I would be primed with dextrose instead of CO2 because of my course. There is no means of fostering of severity. I'm not sure I understand the question. Do you have some method to propel the beer bottle? Apart from the mention of a cylinder, what you're talking sounds like a Coilbox somehow. These are the refrigerators used to dispense beer at festivals and special events. They are much cheaper than kegerators, and you can choose to build one yourself, if you are handy enough (which is most likely because you're a homebrewer).
