Beer Home Brewing Instructions

HOME BREWING BEER QUESTION?
My boyfriend is brewing their own beer for the first time. I did not have enough bottles as he sat in the bucket for almost three weeks that the instructions said. Is the whole lot is going to ruin or be of good quality? No silly, adolescent, immature responses please.
It should be OK, if there is anything that can become more than a stiff drink. Beer is usually around 4-6% alcohol, but some beers can run up to 20%. The longer produces the stronger it becomes. Just as the longest, is in the bottle and the age of the best returns. I used to use bottles Grolsch. I bought a bunch of them in the distribution plant in Grand Rapids, MI. for 10 cents each, the price of the returnable bottle. They have a lid with a seal rubber and can be used over and over again. See the link below for an example, which worked well for me. Http: / / www.tias.com / cgi-bin / google.fcgi / itemKey = 1922894257 Have fun making beer. I enjoy it. The hardest part is to wait at least four weeks before the opening of a bottle. Three months is better, but it difficult to wait that long. If you can find COOPERS DRAUGH was my favorite combination to buy. I never got on the purchase and the mixture of hops and malt. Found using the filtered water makes the best beer. DO NOT use city water.
