Beer Funny Sayings
Do you know of any place in America where they refer to the cans of beer as "wave tubes?
My boyfriend is English and thinks the American phrases and sayings are funny, but somehow has gotten into his head that Americans call beer cans "Cool tubes. I have NEVER heard of it before, and I think he's confused. Is it strange that I have never heard regional though? He realized that this is the Australian who say he is and apologized profusely for mocking me with that stupid phrase. But still I can not overcome "Brewskis."
