Beer Fest San Diego

Best way to see Breweries in San Diego?
I'm living in San Fernando Valley and do not own a car. I'm taking the train to San Diego next week the Beer Festival. I want to visit as many breweries in San Diego de San Marcos or area as possible, in particular Port / Lost Abbey, Stone and Ballast Point. I would like to see as many as possible before I return to the east coast at the end of the month, and could make another weekend trip to the area. But what is the best way to reach these different places, especially the three breweries that I see in / around San Marcos?
