Need advice on the best way to lose weight!?

Good for what used to be very small throughout high school and early University and has worked out all the time. Now since I drink beer and do not seem to go to the gym a lot I'm about 20 pounds heavier than I want to be. I do not sitll think I am fat, I wear a size 6 or 8, and I'm 5'6. But in my pictures my face looks fatter and my stomach. I always say that you will lose weight but I do not to. I find myself eating fast food and not go to the gym. I do not want to be happy with the way I am, I just dont know how to get motivated. Im ready for another small time! Any suggestions on how I should feel motivated or what to do to drop those 20 pounds in 4 or 5 months? Please help

first I hope that the sizes you mention are measures of the Americans. European 6 and 8 are too small to lose more weight. As you have your answer right there stop eating fast food, avoid the beer and can not get motivated to go to the gym a sport you like, I find it easier to stay motivated sport. Fast food is the main culprit however. I think that eating the same calories you normally do at home, in fast food that makes me gain weight, damn trans fats.
