Beer Fat Calories

If I over indulge on the weekends with beer and fast food, are all those extra calories turning to fat?
I hear 3500 calories equal 1 pound. If i go from around 2000 on the weekday to about 3500 on the weekends, how much will actually be turned into fat?
I’ve heard protien does not turn to fat very easily and can kinda just pass through if it is not used up. I know beer and fast food are mostly fat and carbs though. Is there some sort of maximum calorie intake for a day and once that is reached, the rest of the food and beer calories just kinda pass through??
Actually would depend on how active you are on the weekend. The more active you are, the more calories you will burn no matter what you are drinking or eating.
You can tell on Monday mornings. If you wake up feeling heavy, then you didn’t burn enough calories Saturday and Sunday.
