What are the most important aspects involved in starting a brewery or pub?
I have curiosity to learn about making of beer in a brewery or pub. Ie – what kind of capabilities we need in relation to the expected number of customers? How much to produce their own beer – fixed and variable costs, initial costs, etc.? What are some definitive / reputation (Internet) sources of supplies and equipment? Thanks!
