First you have to find out if that name is available. I can almost guarantee it is not. Find a website address you can use. Register it at a place like Go Daddy. Then you have to find a hosting company. This company will rent you space on their servers where your website will sit and be available to surfers. Usually these hosting companies offer an easy way to build your own website and can often help you figure out how to do it.
