CALL chefs from all over – I'm in the UK university 5mnths my project for the following is a study of the matter anything …….?
I have to study a topic food for the next five months. I'm taking NVQ1 + 2 professional chef's diploma at the university. everyone has to choose a different theme in the class, I am not allowed use what has already taken a cut of meat, chocolate, meat, wine, fish, pastries, Thai spices, cheese, pasta, meat, beer, these have been taken. i was thinking of making honey, do you think that the study on different ways to do what makes bees, flowers. Do you think this is a good topic. We need have a 10-20 Min + POWER POINT presentation at the end I hope you can help, Q), which would you choose different theme and why. ????? Thank you.
