Beer Dinner Menu
Need help with wine / Pairing for dinner tonight?
My boyfriend's parents come to dinner and the menu is as follows: Appetizer: Cream Cheese stuffed mushrooms, ham and melon First course: roasted garlic soup (a broth / cream-based soup) Main course: chicken filled with ricotta alfredo sauce, roasted peppers and tomatoes need help with wine selections. His mother prefers red wine (I know, is a chicken dish) and his father is primarily a beer drinker (beer so any suggestion would be, too.) Thanks useful
